The engagement that was made during the creation of Cameroon Journal of Studies in the Commonwealth (CJSC) by the
Minister of Higher Education in the presence of the Minister Delegate in Charge
of the Commonwealth in July 2011 at the University of Buea during the
Commonwealth Summer School finds resilience here. At creation, commitment was
made to provide a peer review-based validation of academic activities in all
the three facets of university life (teaching, research and contribution to
development in various ways) in which scholars and researchers find themselves.
That engagement is reflected in the contributions that this number contains.
Research that finds outlet in CJSC
explores diverse educational experiences not only from Cameroon but also from
across the Commonwealth.
